Back in 2007, I was asked to mix the Orange Bowl Halftime show for broadcast by the FOX network. It was a nerve-wracking experience because I was essentially mixing for millions of viewers around the world and the entire stage gets set up and connected during a single 3-minute commercial break! There are literally hundreds of people involved in making this happen and so much can go wrong...but we've been doing it for four consecutive years now and we've always managed to pull it off without a hitch. Well, maybe a few tiny hitches...but always a great experience with great artists and and talented people. A big shout out to Interface Sound Productions and ACT Productions of Miami who nail it every year!
